These are still pretty cool. One of my all-time favorite vegan bakers (and photographers), NorwichNuts, made these in honor of Ellen DeGeneres judging American Idol.

First layer is packed with white chocolate, second and third layers infused with cinnamon liqueur, all topped with Tofutti cream cheese. Albums (!) made of licorice, and the guitars made of gumpaste. Dark chocolate music notes. Yum!
