I've been meaning to post about Bite Me Baker, a baking blog run by Sara-Cupcake, who describes herself thusly: "I'm 13 years old and I love to bake." Firstly, let's just give her a (virtual, obviously) round of applause for being so dedicated to baking and blogging (and cupcakes!) at such a young age. That's very, very cool.
