Today, I am judging a cookie bake-off for the Lower East Side Girls Club. Cookie recipes will be judged by bakers and chef’s from “popular” New York City restaurants and money raised from the sale of tickets and baked goods will go towards the organization’s efforts to help young women.

Tickets on sale online until 11am Saturday! After 11am, tickets will be available at the door. Cookies will be judged by a panel of celebrity chefs and bakers including Gina DePalma from Babbo, Myriam Eberhardt from DBGB Kitchen & Bar, Co-Editor Nichelle Stephens of Cupcakes Take The Cake and Sue Torres from Suenos. The winner receives a "Baker's Basket" of amazing kitchen accessories valued at over $600!
