Here's the official description from the site about what a Cake Wreck is:
A Cake Wreck is any cake that is unintentionally sad, silly, creepy, inappropriate - you name it. A Wreck is not necessarily a poorly-made cake; it's simply one I find funny, for any of a number of reasons. Anyone who has ever smeared frosting on a baked good has made a Wreck at one time or another, so I'm not here to vilify decorators: Cake Wrecks is just about finding the funny in unexpected, sugar-filled places.
To inspire you, here are two cupcake photos she recently posted:

recent 3rd birthday party, I was DISAPPOINTED to NOT have a CakeWreck to share......who would have thought having a cake done right would be such a WRONG!
With that being said I have *several* favorite wrecks....the one I always come back to though is from the post, "Pioneering Pastries"....the non-dead cow with eyes wide open. Even better than the classic red-velvet armadillo cake I think--------Wreck on!

They both make me LOL every time I see them.
I have even sculpted a naked mohawk baby carrot jockey miniature for myself and a friend.
