I've been seeing a lot more bakeries offering gluten-free cupcakes and other gluten-free options, and discovered the other day with the cupcakes I got at CakeLove in Baltimore (more on that later) that a friend I see fairly often is not 100% gluten-free but tries to eat gluten-free as much as possible for her health. Via their Facebook page, I found these photos of the gluten-free cupcakes at Sweet Cake Bake Shop in Kaysville, Utah.
On their site, they write:
Our mission is simple: to provide the best gluten free products and service to our customers at the lowest prices possible. We take great pride in our company, our commitment to customer service and in the products we sell.
They also sell gluten-free flour mixes on their site; their cupcakes don't appear to be available for mail order, but their cookies are.
