I'm not gonna lie; I could barely have told you what sport the Vikings play, let alone that they're from Minnesota (sports fans, skip this post if you want). But I do like purple so I was pleased to see these Vikings cupcakes from Lunds in a Twitpic by brett_mn.

I love the purple! My favorite color, but so hard to make while still keeping the frosting tasty. Check out these Vikings cupcakes from Saint Paul, MN's Flor de Lis Cupcakes :)
