On Monday,Grace from CakeLab brought a sample of her mini cupcakes to New Work City on Monday. Grace attended our Cupcake Business Class and she is well on her way to building her business.
My fellow coworkers are mostly guys, so it was interesting to hear their reactions. Cupcake flavors included Lemon Meringue,Banana Pudding, Blackout (Chocolate), Fluffernutter and Red Velvet. The guys raved about the Red Velvet and I agree. The cream cheese frosting the right amount of bite from the cream cheese without too much or too sweet from the sugar.
For Valentine's Day, CakeLab will be making two special packs, sweetheart and sourpuss. It doesn't matter if you love or hate Valentine's Day, you can eat cupcakes. The dozen minis are $16/pack and you have to order by February 5th. Email orders: GimmeCake@CakeLabNYC.com
