These are from the recent Greenpoint, Brooklyn popup shop by Kumquat Cupcakery, via their blog. I sense that mini cupcakes are becoming more and more popular, with businesses specializing in them, like Kumquat does, and regular cupcake bakeries offering them alongside their larger versions. Because who doesn't want to pop an entire little cupcake in their mouth? (Okay, in some cases, half a cupcake.)
