I think all of us who review cupcakes are familiar with scenes like this one:
I've even done the eight-slice cupcake tasting when I have to test more than, say, 4 flavors or cupcakes. Unfortunately, the tasters of these cupcakes weren't overwhelmingly thrilled (bummer). I've never been to Georgetown Cupcake, so I can't comment.
