I like to make cupcakes in my friends' favourite flavours, and then tint the icing to their favourite colour - followed by fun decorations that mean something to them! Once I made a plate of 'sushi' cupcakes for a friend who was going to Japan.
I have found various ways to say 'i love you' with cupcakes. I try to incorporate someone's favorite things into the cupcake's flavor or decoration. I have made Mountain Dew cupcakes, drumstick [ice cream cone] cupcakes, and pirate cupcakes most recently!

Call me adventurous, but this is the last Valentines Day my man and I will have together for years (lifes many complications will make it an impossibility in the next three years), so I want to do something memorable, exciting and delicious. How do I say I love you with cupcakes? By baking the most colorful, yummy array possible and making myself the cupcake stand! ;)

When I make cupcakes I try to make sure I have the favorite flavor of the recipient and then put a spin on it. Something to surprise them.

Favorite way to say "I Love You" with cupcakes would have to be making individual batches for my husband and 2 kids with their favorite flavors showcased. Chocolate cupacake with banana icing for my daughter, red velvet cupcake with cheesecake frosting for my son, chocolate cupcake with peanut butter frosting for the hubby.

This is a great giveaway! Thanks ladies!

My favorite way to say "I love you" with cupcakes is to surprise my husband with them after he's had a long hard day at work. I decorate them with fondant, (his favorite thing!) and then when we eat them together I give him the fondant on mine, just to be extra sweet!

My fave way to say I Love You with cupcakes, is to make specific favorites of the person you are giving them to! For example, if it's to my grandkids, each one has a different flavor fave, and a different allergy! So this is truly a gift of love. Plus mom has them basically off sugar, so it requires much cupcake creativity. mostly I end up with a cross between a muffin and a cupcake for them! Winning this giveaway would be a blessing and help to pass on the cupcake love! My next creative process needs to be in finding cupcakes that wont get messed up that I can mail to soldiers in their care packages. any ideas anyone?

My favorite way to say I Love You is by making beautiful cupcakes for people I love. For my sweetie, that would be pineapple upside down cupcakes, like his mom used to make.

Saying "I Love You" with crazy, complicated cupcakes is the best. I always need an excuse for fillings, layers, and toppings@

My favorite way to give cupcakes for Valentine's Day is to bake them for all my family, friends, & co-workers
& give them the day before, so unexpected! I also use
my cupcake pan that has heart-shaped tops, cherry
flavored, with Pink icing on some, red icing on others,
& of course glittery sugar sprinkles, & fun toppers like message hearts, cupids, & babies (ones used for Kings cake) on others!

I would make different cupcakes for all the people I love. Peanut butter and chocolate for my hubby; Cookies inside and on top for my girl who isn't a cake person; And gluten-free for my sister and nephew.

I enjoy baking cupcakes late at night/early in the morning. Then,
I surprise my family by having their own personalized cupcake waiting for them in the morning!

Red Velvet cakes in classic white paper cups are a can't miss for V-Day and letting people you know that you love and care for them by taking the time to bake them a treat. I like to top the frosting with a candy that the recipeint likes - gummy bears for my niece, chocolate chips for my big brother, or a little extra frosting for my friend's son, lol.

Baking cupcakes takes time and energy, especially when it's from scratch! But this small gesture definitely says "i love you" whether it be for your spouse, significant other, or friends! My hubby is a sucker for sweets so whenever I go the extra mile to make him something special, he def feels loved :-)

I love to make Chocolate Chip Cookie cupcakes for my husband. They are his absolute favorite. I also make him heart shaped red velvet cupcakes with a butter cream frosting and little heart sprinkles!

I try something new just about every year since we started dating on Valentine's Day!
