I am posting this with trepidation. I fear the hordes of cupcake lovers, fried food aficionados and fans of the blog FIPS will flock en masse to Union Hall on Friday. I don't want to be responsible for a cupcake riot. I don't want angry emails if the cupcakes are all gone before you get there. However it is my duty as an editor of this here cupcake blog that there will be DEEP FRIED CUPCAKES!!!
