I discovered edible cupcake decal company Hello Frosting via their Flickr account (the photos in this post come from there). They sell their decals on Etsy - $15 for 24 decals. They're having a sale, offering 20% off for purchases made by April 30th. We haven't tried them yet but will be getting a sample sent to us to test out, so we'll keep you posted. They're going to be selling Mother's Day decals.
They're FDA and kosher approved and gluten-free, according to their site, and here are their ingredients:
