We got this review of a cupcake by Amber who took a picture of blueberry cheesecake cupcake while on the bus. I love that kind of cupcake dedication! The traveling cupcake is from Sarah's Pastries & Candies in Chicago and it's the cupcake of the month for May.

The fresh blueberries on top were just so enticing, I couldn't resist. As I held the cupcake in my hand, I thought, wow, this has got to be the most moist and dense cupcake I have ever met. Upon my first bite I discovered that the cake part of the cupcake was really cheesecake! Not really a cupcake at all. Imagine rich tangy cheesecake with fresh blueberries baked inside in a cupcake wrapper topped with light buttercream frosting and blueberries and there you have it. I'm glad Sarah included a spoon with this cupcake, because you definitely need it! This cupcake is 20% cupcake and 80% cheesecake. It's very good, but definitely needs a drink to accompany it. Silly me, I ate this on a bus ride to Evanston and had to wait nearly an hour to get some water.
