Photo contest plus a freebie, ending soon!

From the folks at Challenge Butter, a photo contest! The Real Challenge for Real Bakers contest prizes include lots of cool stuff from NordicWare, but the contest ends soon (May 3, 2010), so best get your entries in ASAP.

I am dying to try the Challenge European-style butter (it's supposed to be super high butterfat (83%, I think) and extra yummy for baking, but unavailable in the northeast, where we live). The first person who comments with a valid email address AND who lives on the west coast or in the southern part of the USA will win some coupons for free Challenge Butter.

I absolutely love challenge butter! I use it as much as possible in my baking...even if my baking is mostly just for my family and friends...Can't say I've tried the European style, but would love to see how it will work out...Ahhh I love living on the westcoast....

Fairway in Paramus (and assume the other locations as well) has two 83% butterfat butters. I bought the one by Cabot yesterday and I don't remember the other name only it is distributed out of NJ vs Cabot from VT.
