I am dying to try the Challenge European-style butter (it's supposed to be super high butterfat (83%, I think) and extra yummy for baking, but unavailable in the northeast, where we live). I live in Europe. .the butter I use has 82% butterfat I m eager to know what American butter tastes like :)
