Back in January, when I posted about the upcoming release of children's book Babymouse: Cupcake Tycoon, by brother/sister team Matthew and Jennifer Holm (he illustrates, she writes), I'd never heard of the series. Since then, I've not only read all twelve excellent tales of a cupcake-loving, enthusiastic, often down-on-her-luck-but-still-adorable mouse, I got to meet Matthew at our Portland, Oregon cupcake meetup at Saint Cupcake a few months ago.
He was kind enough to send me this image of Babymouse gorging on cupcakes to tide us over until the September release of Babymouse: Cupcake Tycoon.
