These cupcakes are so pretty. I love the melting effect. They're by custom cupcake company Cupcakes and Sundry in Port Credit, Ontario, outside Mississauga, near Toronto (via Flickr and are: Sponge cupcake with liquid fondant, topped with marshmallow fondant buttons and sprayed with pearl lustre.
