These cupcakes are by The Naked CupCake in Bacliff, Texas. Their motto is "We bake 'em, You dress 'em!" I found these photos on their Facebook page. I guess their location is in flux right now but it seems they are doing custom cupcakes and catering; front page says they have free wifi but then location says:
Due to the increased demand of our scrumptious Naked CupCakes we have decided to upgrade to a larger establishment. Until our new doors open we are taking orders by phone with free delivery.
