Bay Ridge's Little Cupcake Bake Shop, the first green cupcake bake shop is opening a second location this summer in Manhattan at 30 Prince Street (the southeast corner of Mott and Prince).
Highlights from the press release include:
- There will be new cupcake flavors including a "Blue Velvet" cupcake and a Mott Street cupcake
- Little Cupcake Bake Shop will have cafe seating and an Italian style espresso bar.
- Little Cupcake Bake Shop will be open late nights on weekends.
- Little Cupcake Bake Shop will continue its carbon neutral mission and is pursuing LEED certification for the new location
