Clever Cupcakes in Montreal, Quebec (Canada) does some truly gorgeous cupcakes, and since it's wedding season (I think), I wanted to highlight some of their wedding cupcakes. You can keep up with them on their website as well as @clever_cupcakes on Twitter and Facebook. All photos and captions (save for my editorial comment on the last one) below via Clever Cupcakes on Flickr. Se more in this wedding cupcake Flickr set. And other wedding cupcake beauty:

cupcake bouquet centerpieces
16 dozen cupcakes including chocolate cupcake with chocolate buttercream, chocolate cupcakes with vanilla buttercream, vanilla cupcakes with vanilla buttercream, and lemon cupcakes with lemon buttercream. Each cupcake is topped with 4 tiny handcrafted fondant flowers. In case you are counting that is a total of 768 flowers.
7 dozen cupcakes topped with fondant decorations to match the wedding colour scheme, 4 dozen undecorated cupcakes, 6 dozen filled cupcakes in the fridge waiting until closer to dessert to make their appearance, and 1 gluten-free 6"cutting cake covered in chocolate ganache.
Flavours included; chocolate orange cupcakes with chocolate buttercream, chocolate cupcakes with mexican hot chocolate buttercream, chocolate cupcakes filled with whipped cream and topped with vanilla buttercream, vanilla cupcakes with orange buttercream, vanilla cupcakes filled with boston cream and topped with chocolate buttercream, and finally gluten-free chocolate cupcakes with vanilla, chocolate, and mexican hot chocolate buttercream.
Custom white cupcake tower with chocolate, espresso, red velvet, lemon, and vanilla cupcakes all topped with like flavoured buttercream and handmade fondant white bows. Tower topped with a fondant covered cake and a handmade fondant wedding dress and tuxedo as a topper. Also provided for this wedding were 5 dozen individually packaged mini cupcakes with silver dragees for each of the guests.
This last photo is not actually of a wedding cupcake tower, but one celebrating the 40th anniversary of Maison du Père, a shelter for homeless men. I like that it shows their creativity and how they work with a theme:
The request was to make the cupcakes colourful, so the 30 dozen cupcakes were baked in multi-coloured liners. The flavours included:
Blue: Chocolate
Yellow: Vanilla
Red: Red Velvet
Green: Lime
