On a visit to Trophy Cupcakes in Bellevue, WA last week... I saw on the counter 4 cupcakes adorned with the most intricate decorations! The cute lady behind the counter told me that their pastry chef had gotten bored that morning and created these cupcakes BY HAND!! All the details are hand done, no stencils, no printables. So... this is what happens at Trophy Cupcakes with their pastry chef has lots of time on their hands!
