Open Discussion: Cupcake Liners

Silicone cupcake liners

Silicone? Paper? Foil? One of the questions we get often is about cupcake liners. For both professional and amateur bakers alike, the search for liners is popular. Here's a short list to get you started, and please feel free to add more vendors and/or in the comments.

Michael's: Paula Deen has a line of cupcake liners sold at Michael's.

Reynold's Baking Cups: Sold in grocery stores and Wal-Mart all over the country. They have different designs that rotate seasonly. Plus they have both paper only and foil and paper liners.

NYCake: NYCake has store locations in NYC and Los Angeles but they ship all over the world.

Layer Cake Shop: Online store full of cupcake accessories.

Pfeil and Holing: This place is located in Queens, but you can also order online.

Viking Importing: I heard about this from over at our Cupcakes Take The Cake Flickr Discussion Group.

I love the silicone liners because they stand up on their own and don't have to use a muffin pan. But, washing is a pain.
