Cupcake Camp is an ad-hoc gathering for cupcake lovers of all ages and baking abilities, to come together and celebrate that little bite size treat - The Cupcake.
The concept for Cupcake Camp originated in San Francisco and promotes a true spirit of community and sharing. The most essential feature of a Cupcake Camp is that it brings people together to share their love of cupcakes! It’s open to professionals, amateurs, and even first time bakers. Bakers donate the cupcakes, people then come along, eat cupcakes, pay $1.00 for the mini cupcakes and $2.00 for the large ones and we raise much needed funds.
This year, all proceeds from Cupcake Camp Perth will be benefiting Telethon.
Cupcake Camp Perth is a day of fun with cupcakes, icing workshops for the kids, demonstrations and competitions for best cupcakes! Come along and buy some cupcakes with all proceeds going to charity. All cupcakes are baked by enthusiastic volunteers who donate their ingredients and time towards Cupcake Camp.

The first ever Perth Cupcake Camp is being held on Sunday 31st October 2010 between 10am-1pm at The Fresh Ideas Centre, Market City, 280 Bannister Road, Canningvale.
