Vegetarian-friendly turkey cupcakes for Thanksgiving - extra adorable edition!

Cupcakes are not only delicious, but a perfect canvas to truly make works of art that will wow your entire family and set of friends. I can't think of anything but edible art to call these "turkey" cupcakes that Saucy's Sprinkles (Bloggedy Blog Blog) made. You must go there for more photos and 12 tips while making these (hint: you will need lots of patience). I don't even know what to say other than that these took my breath away.

Tip eleven: don't make a super huge pile of frosting on the top of the cupcake to turn into a turkey. A small cookie-dough scoop will do. Using your hands to ply apart the flattened caramel slightly to give it a round shape, place it over the ball of frosting.
