Last month Castaic-based cupcake company Bake You Happy was crowned champion of the Food Network's Cupcake Wars. In my interview with them, they told me they would be using the prize money to open a cupcake shop in Valencia, CA.
Good news! The store is open and the cupcakes are selling like hotcakes! A good friend stopped by their new shop to take a few photos and grab a few cupcakes. I love the look of their shop, especially the colors!
