Jackie Gordon(@divathatateny) invited me to attend an event hosted by Driscoll's Berries. In celebration of Valentine's Day, guests of the event were treat to a demo of how to make 3-D, heart-shaped cupcakes garnished with raspberries and blackberries. Make sure you have Wilton Dimension's Mini Heart Pans.

Makes: 12 servings
Cupcake Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups cake flour, sifted
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup Driscoll’s strawberries, crushed
Icing Ingredients:
2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup low-fat spreadable margarine
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp fat-free milk
Decorating Ingredients:
Icing
2 packages Driscoll's Raspberries (6 ounce)
Confectioner’s sugar for dusting
The berries were delicious to eat while decorating cupcakes and talking to bloggers.
