Sunday's Cupcake Social in Austin was a blast! This year it was a part of TECHmunch, the food blogger conference. Thanks to Whole Foods and especially Elizabeth Smith for letting us have the event at the Whole Foods Culinary Center. Thanks to all the participating bakeries Cupprimo, Hill Country Cupcake, Lick it Bite It Or Both, Polkadots, Sugar Mamas Bake Shop and The Cupcake Bar. Thanks to the Chameleon Cold Brew coffee crew. Their coffee is the best!
It was great seeing Jennie Chen from Miso Hungry and her cupcake cannon.

I took a video of a mini-cupcake being shot out of a cannon after the cupcake social ended.
Post Cupcake Social, I took the leftover cupcakes to the Hilton Austin and gave them away to SXSW attendees.
It was also fun hanging out with Rene Lynch from The Los Angeles Times' Daily Dish. She wrote about the cupcake social in her roundup of Austin, SXSW, and Techmunch.
