If you going to be in the cupcake business, you gotta have cupcake hustle. That's what Pam Nicholas, chef and owner of Izzi B's Cupcakes has. She emailed us yesterday, and said that she read about our blog in Entrepreneur Magazine and wanted to bring her cupcakes down to New York from Connecticut for us to sample. She brought her all-natural no nuts, no apples, gluten free, no refined sugar, no preservatives, no trans-fat, no dairy, no soy, no egg cupcakes to New Work City. Despite all the things that are not in a typical cupcake, it is a good cupcake. I was pleasantly surprised with the moistness, flavor and the fact that the cake is not crumbly. Pam is looking to get Izzi cupcakes in the New York market, and I mentioned that Brooklyn especially Park Slope would be great for her business. Kids and adults who have Celiac's disease or have other health and/or dietary concerns can enjoy these cupcakes!
