March's special cupcake flavor at mini cupcake company Baked by Melissa, with three locations in New York City which also does mail order cupcakes in the United States, is upside down cheesecake. It's very creamy and perfect for cheesecake lovers, and colorful to boot! They're $1 each (cheaper the more you buy). I bought two this afternoon and was pleased with the taste and texture; I'm not a huge cheesecake fan generally but I liked the graham cracker adding to the texture and the smoothness of it as a whole.
