7 Earth Day cupcakes to celebrate the environment

Happy Earth Day everyone! Lots of bakeries and bloggers are celebrating Earth Day with earth-themed cupcakes and special charity cupcakes. If you're doing something too, leave it in the comments. Magnolia Bakery, via Facebook: "Happy Earthy Day! We're donating $1 for each Earth Day Cupcake sold to the Nature Conservancy's Plant a Billion Trees campaign!" There is also an Earth Day Fair at Grand Central Terminal, where a Magnolia Bakery is also located.



Via KPCC: "For $3.25, you can get a special Earth Day cupcake at Magnolia Bakery. Pick from a vanilla or chocolate bottom with buttercream frosting in Earth or peace signs (sorry, not organic). Each cupcake sold will send $1 to the Plant a Billion Trees organization, an initiative of The Nature Conservancy to restore Brazil’s Atlantic Forest."

Chicago's Sugar Bliss Cake Boutique, via Facebook. "Dark chocolate and vanilla cake topped with ocean blue and leafy green vanilla buttercream. Portion of the proceeds go to Friends of the Parks."
