Wiley just published Betty Crocker's The Big Book of Cupcakes and it's a beautiful cookbook. Packed with more than 175 easy-to-make recipes (both mix and from-scratch), it's perfect for baking enthusiasts of all ages. Personally, I think it's best for beginners and kids, where this cookbook really shines.







Mocha-caramel cappuccino cupcakes! I would definitely be all over that one. The recipe gives you box-mix directions as well as the homemade version. The presentation is adorable.
