Midtown get ready for a FREE special cupcake giveaway on May 18th! We’re giving away 1,000+ free cupcakes!
On Wednesday, May 18th at 3p in midtown (50th Street, between 6th & 7th Avenue), we will be hosting the winner of the Scharffen Berger Chocolate Adventure Contest! The winner of the contest will be distributing a couple of thousand of her winning recipe cupcakes for FREE, so make sure you stop bye, say hello and grab one of these delicious goodies!
The photos below are not representative of the cupcakes they're giving out tomorrow (hopefully they'll post a photo of those!) but they are just some random ones I found on their Facebook page, where you can follow them to find out where they'll be, along with @SweeteryNYC on Twitter.

The Giveaway: Chocolate Adventure Contest® winner, Elaine Barbee of St. Louis, MO, will give away a thousand of her $10,000-winning cupcakes made with Scharffen Berger® chocolate on The Sweetery™ truck; a promotion happening in part with Food Network Magazine. This is Elaine Barbee’s first visit to New York City.
The Cupcake: You Make Me Wanna “STOUT” Cupcake has a chocolate and milk stout beer base, with a milk stout beer and cream filling, and a milk stout beer reduction and buttercream frosting. $1 off Scharffen Berger chocolate coupons will also be distributed to consumers at the truck.
