This was my daughter's 2nd and my best friends daughter's 3rd birthday. My friend did all the research and figured out how to make the cupcakes, how to make rainbow jello and even bought rainbow crayons, a rainbow pinata and rainbow lollipops. I simply provided the house and my cute kid. It was so much fun and the girls talked about it for weeks before and after. Glad to see it made it to the blog. She is a cupcake expert and lover, and her plan was executed perfectly. I did help make frosting ;)
