I still have a few posts to write up about Seattle, including my visit to Trophy Cupcakes in University Village, home of the perfect s'mores cupcake, so in lieu of a full report, I'll post two of the cupcakes I thought were most beautiful; they also were delicious. The Tiger Tail (coconut cupcakes with raspberry buttercream and raspberry sauce) I thought were some of the most gorgeous cupcakes I've seen in a long time. The presentation gets an A+!
