Why is this so hard? There is no substitute for White Lily Self-Rising Flour. I can't get it in NYC (anywhere), and ordering on the Net requires either buying in bulk or buying alongside products I don't need or want. It's not even for sale on eBay! I also searched for it everywhere when I was in Texas to no avail.
Anyone in the southeastern part of the USA that has access to White Lily want to ship me a bag? I'd gladly reimburse you.
