Hurricakes, take two

Hurricakes.

Don't think I'd seen this before, and the pan seems to be a prototype. I'd love to see a smaller one, more cupcake than cake-size.

A great fundraising idea though, don't you think?

Thanks for the mention. We offer multiple categories (sizes) for the Hurricake including one about the size of a large cupcake. The Hurricake is a hurricane-shaped, cinnamon-sugar, pull-a-part pastry with an EYEcing dessert sauce in the center. We donate a significant percentage of profit from every sale to hurricane mitigation and relief as a way to give back to those who came to founders aid following Hurricane Katrina.
