I love this idea, and you can buy the fondant toppers on Etsy, $34 for 12 (via Foodista).

These are so cute! I saw a picture of them on Pinterest but no instructions. Glad to know you can buy the "plants" premade as I have no artistic ability at all! Thanks for a cute idea!
