I officially nominate Sugar Swings! Serves Some as one of the most creative cupcake bakers of 2011! Bookmark them if you haven't done so already. Now we will all never forget (and some of us, like, um, me, will learn for the first time) planking, Occupy Wall Street, Nyan Cat and more. I had no idea what "nope! chuck testa" was but as explained by Sugar Swings! Serves Some: "a dude out in cali did a commercial for his taxidermy business...once peeps in the world got wind of this they took his tag line and added it to lots of other pics...(cupcake is a reindeer peep and a candy melt sign!)"
