Dripping with maple syrup French toast and bacon cupcakes that will make your mouth water, plus recipe link

Well, these maple french toast and bacon cupcakes by blogger Pass the Sushi made my mouth water. Visit Pass the Sushi for baking tips and the recipe for these beautiful cupcakes.

To give you a little taste for these, here's what's in the frosting alone:

* 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, at room temperature
* 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
* 2 cups sifted confectioners’ sugar
* 1/4 cup maple syrup
* 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
* 3 strips bacon, cooked and chopped (optional)

Another one for the bacon lovers, with a twist: pancake cupcakes with maple frosting and candied bacon. Candied bacon! Just felt that deserved a little more emphasis.
