I am a big fan of French toast. I always get it at my favorite breakfast restaurant, The Egg & I. So the idea of a French toast cupcake is really exciting to me!
These sugary cupcakes were made by Bakingdom! She based these French toast cupcakes on a yellow cake mix and topped them with streusel before putting them in the oven. She decorated them with maple buttercream frosting and cinnamon and sugar.
