I was so excited, as I rarely -- if ever -- do media coverage, so to have my Vosges caramel toffee chocolate chunk cupcake "recipe" covered by the Today Show was amazing! What a way to help me (and all of us at Cupcakes Take the Cake) celebrate National Cupcake Day. To be in such great company as Giada De Laurentiis (!!), Chris Kimball of America's Test Kitchen (funny, as mine was Stacie's Test Kitchen, obviously no relation...), and the gals from TLC's "DC Cupcakes" made me do the happy dance.
