I love how fun, festive and creative these New Year's Eve clock striking midnight cupcakes by blogger Confessions of a Cookbook Queen are! Seriously, she went all out, and tells you how to make your own. She writes:
The clocks are just chocolate wafer cookies dipped in melted almond bark. Any round cookie or cracker would do. I piped the numbers on with black frosting and a #2 tip, but you could also write it on with a black food marker if piping ain’t your thang.
