10 Valentine's Day cake pops by food bloggers, plus a video

Someone commented on our Facebook page that it's a little early for Valentine's Day, but I want to give you time to decide what cupcakes or cake pops you're going to make and how to decorate them, plus Valentine's Day is such a big cupcake holiday that there's so much to post, I'm starting early. Here are 10 examples of cake pops with hearts or love or red velvet to get you in the mood for cupcake love.

Starting off with the queen of cake pops and author of the bestselling cookbook Cake Pops, the one and only Bakerella

Candy corn flower cake pops by Cake Ball Addiction - from the post:

The flower cake pops came out pretty good, considering it was my first time attempting something so involved. Just as the cake pops with the conversational hearts, I had to use chocolate to “glue” on each piece of candy corn one at a time, and hold it in place for a few seconds to make sure it didn’t fall off. Making this half-dozen of Valentine’s Day Flower Cake Pops took about an hour and a half, which includes the dipping and glueing.
