The wait is almost over: the s'mores charity cupcake designed by Gossip Girl star Blake Lively at Sprinkles Cupcakes, with locations in Beverly Hills, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, La Jolla, New York, Newport Beach, Palo Alto, Scottsdale, and Washington, DC, debuts this Friday.
