Former cop turned cupcake baker wants to make a cayenne pepper cupcake called "pepper spray"

The Florida Times-Union profiles Pamela Taylor, owner of PamPam Cupcake Bakery in Brunswick, Georgia:
The Elvis is banana cake with creamy peanut butter frosting drizzled with chocolate and peanut butter. Elvis had a thing for peanut butter and banana sandwiches.

Her signature cupcake is the key lime, and her Raine Raine blueberry cake with cream cheese frosting honors her daughter, Raine, and her late father, Jack, who called her Pam Pam.

“I haven’t had a customer who wasn’t happy coming in the door,’’ she said.
She also says:
“I’m going to make a cupcake with cayenne pepper,’’ she said. “Maybe call it pepper spray.’’
