Will ice cream cone cupcakes be the big cupcake trend of 2012? That remains to be seen, but I like that we're starting off with these beautiful Neopolitan ice cream cone cupcakes. They're the first ice cream cone cupcakes I've seen in waffle cones! I rarely get waffle cones (I'm usually a wafer cone type) but they are delicious and a perfect holder for these.
