Raspberry Lemonade Cupcakes

If I saw these cupcakes in a bakery somewhere, they would definitely catch my eye. They're so bright and colorful! They remind me of spring or summer, which makes them a special treat in the winter.

These pretty cupcakes were posted at Cait's Plate. They're lemon cupcakes with raspberry buttercream frosting and they're topped with a lemon slice. I love that she used the lemon slices because they really make the cupcakes stand out!
