Learn how to make green velvet cupcakes at Trophy Cupcakes' St. Patrick's Day cupcake decorating class tomorrow

Trophy Cupcakes in Seattle is holding a St. Patrick's Day cupcake decorating class tomorrow night, March 7th, from 6-7:30 pm, at their new party room in their Wallingford Center location (which is also where we're holding a cupcake meetup on Saturday, April 7th, 1-2:30!). Details:

Join our founder, baker and party maker Jennifer (O')Shea for a night of shamrocks, rainbows and maybe even a pot of gold (aka edible gold glitter)! This will be a green filled night with hands ...on decorating instruction in a party atmosphere that will include Trophy cupcakes, prosecco and yummy hors d'oeuvres.

Guests of our class will learn the basics of using pastry bags and tips, how to hand-frost with an offset spatula, how to create professional looking cupcakes, how to make custom colors of sparkly sanding sugar and the tricks of the trade that make Trophy’s Cupcakes so beautiful. In addition to receiving cupcake-decorating instruction, Jennifer and her team will also share their favorite St. Patrick's party ideas and the secret to making "Green Velvet" cupcakes with the class.

Each guest will take home the four cupcakes they decorate in a signature Trophy box. This class is appropriate for beginners.
