Lemon Shamrock Cupcakes

I love the shamrocks on these cupcakes! Barbara Bakes made these lemon cupcakes with lemon cream cheese frosting and topped them with green sprinkles and shamrocks made out of green gum drops. I've seen these made two different ways. You can either cut the gums drops into slices, or roll them out with a rolling pin and cut out the shapes. Either way, they'll probably look super cute.
