Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cupcakes

Chocolate cake filled with chocolate chip cookie dough topped with cookie dough frosting, mini chocolate chips and a mini chocolate chip cookie. Probably one of the best cupcakes I've ever made.
I do have to admit though... I can't take complete credit for these cupcakes, Recipe Girl made them first. BUT... of course, I put own spin on them.
