It's vegan Tuesday at the Essex branch of Vermont bakery My Little Cupcake (they also have a Burlington location) and they are celebrating National Chocolate Chip Day with vegan peanut butter chocolate chip cupcakes (see top photo), and they also have caramel cashew, Mexican hot chocolate, strawberry blonde, almond joyful, cookies & cream and more.
